Online training program for Adults over 35 who seek constantly diverse, fun, and result-based workouts.

The program is driven in English through a closed Facebook Group and offers three 30 to 60-minute workouts a week. All are explained in detailed text and demonstration workout videos.

Each workout starts with a good Cardio/Mobility Warm-up and finishes with a Stretch session.

Minimum exercise equipment needed, or only 1 kettlebell or 2 dumbbells but more can, of course, be beneficial. Basic functional exercise experience is required.

Great support, assistance, and motivation is provided by the Group Coaches from start to finish.

For runners wanting to level up their running game with improved strength, power and recovery

The Program offers two weekly strength workouts, specially designed with runners' needs in mind, and explained in easy-to-understand text & demonstration videos.

Each workout takes from 30 to 45 minutes, starts with a mobility warm-up, and ends with a good stretch session.

The training takes place in English and is driven through a closed Facebook Group.

Only minimum equipment is needed (training elastic, 1 KB or 2 DBs), but basic strength training experience is required. Great support, assistance, and motivation are provided from start to finish.

Online Strength and Conditioning training for Handball Players at all levels, wanting to improve their game, and decrease the risks of injury during high season.

The program is driven in English, through a closed training group on Facebook and offers three Strength and Conditioning Workouts a week. Each ranges from 45 to 60 minutes and is specially designed with the physical needs of handball players in mind.

With the constantly increased playing load in mind, ongoing strength & conditioning training is not just something to consider or do on an ON & OFF basis anymore.

It´s an all-year - every year MUST DO.
