The Program offers two weekly strength workouts, specially designed with runners' needs in mind, and explained in easy-to-understand text & demonstration videos.
Each workout takes from 30 to 45 minutes, starts with a mobility warm-up, and ends with a good stretch session.
The training takes place in English and is driven through a closed Facebook Group.
Only minimum equipment is needed (training elastic, 1 KB or 2 DBs), but basic strength training experience is required. Great support, assistance, and motivation are provided from start to finish.
